Need an emergency dentist in Crabapple? Call (770) 555-0139 and we’ll hold a same-day time at a licensed dental office at 11775 Northfall Lane, Suite 107 in Alpharetta, about ten minutes from the Crabapple Road corridor. The phone is answered 24/7, even when the office itself is closed.
Help that fits a school-day schedule
Crabapple runs on a family clock. Mornings are drop-offs, afternoons are pickups and practices, and a dental emergency has to squeeze in somewhere between them. The good news is that the office hours line up with that window: Monday through Wednesday 8am to 4pm, and Thursday 8am to 1pm. Call after drop-off and, in many cases, the exam is finished with time to spare before the car line forms again.
Tell us your schedule when you call. We’ll try to hold a time that actually works instead of the first slot on a list.
Getting here from the crossroads
Downtown Crabapple sits right on the Milton line, where Crabapple Road meets Mayfield and Broadwell. From that intersection, follow Crabapple Road east as it becomes the run into downtown Alpharetta, then it’s a short hop to the office near 11775 Northfall Lane, Suite 107. Most drives take about ten minutes. School-zone traffic in the morning can add a few, so leave a little cushion if you’re coming during the rush.
It’s an easy, familiar drive. No highway required.
When it’s your kid’s tooth
A playground fall or an elbow at practice can loosen or knock out a tooth, and with a permanent tooth, minutes genuinely matter. Call while you’re still at the field. We’ll walk you through what to do with the tooth on the way and get the office ready for you. There’s more on handling it at our knocked-out tooth page, but the short version is: call first, then drive.
When it’s yours
Grown-up emergencies deserve the same urgency. Swelling in the gum or jaw can mean an infection that needs abscess treatment quickly, not next week. A crown that popped off while you were making dinner leaves the tooth underneath exposed, and a lost filling or crown is simplest to fix when you come in fast. If you’re not sure your situation counts as an emergency, call and describe it. That’s what the 24/7 line is for.
Pricing before anything happens
The emergency exam is $59, which covers the exam plus diagnostic X-rays. After that, the dentist explains what’s wrong and gives you an exact price for treatment before any work begins. Nothing starts until you say yes. Most major insurance is accepted, payment plans exist for cash patients, and se habla español.

Crabapple FAQs
Can we really get seen between drop-off and pickup?
Usually, yes. The exam and X-rays don’t take long, and many treatments can be done in the same visit. Call as early in the morning as you can, tell us your hard stop, and we’ll aim for a time that fits inside it. If treatment turns out to need a longer block, you’ll know that, and the exact cost, before anything is scheduled.
We just moved to Crabapple. Does the office take new patients for emergencies?
It does. You don’t need a history with the office or a referral from anyone. Call, describe the problem, and we’ll book you like any other emergency visit. Bring your insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications. First-time emergency patients from the Crabapple and Milton area come through regularly, so the process is built for it.
