You’re about five minutes away
Avalon and the North Point corridor sit right off GA-400 at Exits 9 and 10, and the office we schedule for is just west of there, near downtown Alpharetta. From Avalon, Old Milton Parkway runs you straight toward downtown in a few turns. From the North Point side, Haynes Bridge Road at Exit 9 does the same job. Either way, the drive is usually about five minutes. Midday traffic on Old Milton can stretch that a little, but not by much.
You will not need the highway at all for most of it. It’s surface streets nearly the whole way.

The $59 exam and what it covers
Your visit starts with a $59 emergency exam, and that price includes the diagnostic X-rays. Once the dentist knows exactly what’s going on, you get an exact price for any treatment before the work begins. You approve it first. Most major insurance plans are accepted, and payment plans are available for cash patients. Se habla español, just say so when you call.

I was having dinner at Avalon and cracked a molar. Do I need to be seen tonight?
Call now even though the office isn’t open in the evening. We’ll get you the first opening and tell you how to protect the tooth overnight. Skip chewing on that side, and save any broken piece if you can find it. A cracked molar can often be handled with same-day broken tooth repair once the dentist sees how deep the damage goes.
I don’t live in Alpharetta. I was just shopping when the pain hit. Can I still come in?
Yes. You don’t need to be an existing patient or a local. The office we schedule for sees emergency visits from people who happened to be nearby when a tooth gave out, and shoppers from the North Point corridor are close enough that the exam can often happen before you head home. Just call first so a time is held for you.
